UPSHIFT program @upshiftukraine in the Ternopil region, the NGO "Ternopil Science Center" is implemented as part of the "Development of the potential of youth in the western regions of Ukraine" program, which is implemented by ISAR Unity @isar.ednannia , with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) @unicef_ukraine and the Government of Japan.
